From now on.

All skills will have a Post Count and Cooldown. Please everyone, go remodel your skills to add these. Thank you.

EXAMPLE: [Post Count: 5](How many posts it lasts)

[Cooldown: 4])How many posts to post before using the skill again)

*Note* The cooldown will not begin until the skill has ended.
