Oceanside, California (Rin)

James was walking through the streets of Oceanside, a town in California near San Diego. His eyes hidden by sun glasses. A red pair of studded gloves poking from his back pocket from his black outfit. The state of his home hadn't looked much better then this. Everyone on their way to the beach in these summer months. He began to look around un sure where he was going to go or do. the tournament had started though he wasn't scheduled to fight for a few more months. Alot of tourists were around for the fighting events that were going to take place, a lot of new faces that he hadn't known before.

Rin was walking down the streets, heading to her Hotel room. She had obviously gotten lost as she stopped every hundred meters or so and looked down a street or road. She took out her Grandfathers old pocketwatch/compass and looked at it for a split second then shoved it back into the pocket of her dress. She was going the right way apparently, so why couldn'e she find her effen room?

He looked around bored. Nothing to do nobody to fight this day was turning into a waste. He looked over seeing a young girl look at her watch. "Waiting for somebody?" He asked softly befor he leaned up against the wall of the building.

Rin stopped and looked at the man that had spoke to her.

"No, im just...Kinda lost."

Her voice was full of obvious embarissment as she spoke to him.

"It happens all the time to people that don't know the area." He pushed his fingers through his hair and looked out towards the beach area. "So where is it your trying to go?"

"My Hotel in San Diego."

Rin swayed back and forth as she spoke to the man, finding him a little bit charming and attractive.

"You're off by about seventy or so miles." He smiled and took the map from her. "San Diego is about a fifty minute drive from here." He pointed to the spot on the maps where she should be, and then where she was. "It's a good distance you need any help getting there?"

Rin's mouth fropped as he showed her the correct routes she should have taken and such.

"W-Wow..Im never that off.."

She sighed and looked back up at the man.

"If you wouldnt mind, please."

James looked back from the beach hearing her words and then nodded. "Call me raven." He said softly waving for her to follow him as he started walking back towards his car. "I've got a hotel out there as well. The tournament set me up with one, though I don't really use it that much."

Rin smiled, glad to have a friend near her.

"Maybe you could come by and hang out sometime.."

He smiled and lead her to his car. "Yeah I suppose I can do that." He wasn't sure but having a friend might be nice, mainly in this fighter tournament. He opened the door for her then got into his car on the drivers side. She didn't have that bad of a body, but he wasn't the type of guy to just take someone without their permission. Either way he wasn't worried about if they would end up having sex or not. He put the car into drive and headed towards San Diego.

Rin blushed a deep red. She was listening in on his thoughts to see what he thought of her. She heard him thinking of sex, not sure what to think herself. She stopped and looked at the floor of the car, still red.

"W-wich room are you staying in?"

She asked him, beginning to get shy.

"I am in a different hotel." He said softly. He wasn't concerned about sex really, but he was a guy and admired a woman's body. "Why are you so nervous now?"

Rin slumped agenst the back of the seat and let her bangs fall over her eyes.

"Thanks for driving me to my Hotel."

She began to change the subject.

"Most strangers wouldn't do this."
