| The school of lost souls was set up by the government for students that no other school wanted, eventually it became a boarding school attracting students of all races and of all backgrounds. High walls surround the building, keeping unwanted strangers out and the students in, the school achieves good results as well. The school now teaches kids how to control powers and race attributes, then teaches them how to blend into human society without the threat of being killed.
