4.Accelerare Bullet(スピードブレット):By using his super speed & Super strength,he may form a combination attack---utilizing both of his great abilities.He will use his immense speed to dash at the target---moving at high speeds.Then,he will use his great strength to do a powerful blow as he reaches the opponent.
5.Spazio Heal(エリアヒール):By releasing energy throughout the area,he can spread out his ability to heal himself---allowing everybody in the mile range of him to get healed somewhat.

Story:Jason was a sort of strange person....born and raised in Italy.He was a fine learner---always getting Straight "A"s,and having a lot of friends.He never really learned any language besides Italian---not even English.In Italy he became a Rapist,raping dozens of girls in his life---never failing;due to his charm.Sadly,he was captured when in his late 50s.He was given the death toll,and died on his 60th birthday.Thankfully,he returned to Earth as a Demon---looking like he was 19,and continued his toll as a Rapist.

He had strange powers now---Super Strength,Super Speed,Mild Regeneration,and Energy Absorbtion.He still only speaks Italian---having a Translator on his neck so others can understand him.With his power,he became the ultimate rapist---that was until he was found by Neo Geo,the man who brought him to the Tournament.He still continues to Rape People,following the footsteps of the past Rapist---Shuei Setsuna.

You're guy is a demon who's lived for God knows how long, therefore he'd eventually pick up a habit of being something and not just mixed along his fighting style.

Second, explain how he got into the tournament otherwise say he isn't part of it.

Finally third, for his skill list, add post counts and cooldowns for each skill.
