Darcy's apartment.

She had always hated the empty feeling you got when you walked into a new house, but sometimes you just had to deal with it. she nudged the door to her bed room open and dragged her suitcase, another pet peeve, unpacking. she dumped her suitcase on the comfy bed that stood in the centre of the room and dumped her make up case on the weathered dresser, this of course meant checking her appearance. nothing special she thought just an ordinary teen, within reason she smiled at her own thoughts, she was abnormal compared to the girls who attended her high school, well you wouldn't see any of them with a long blade in their hands and they would never think off fighting, they might break a nail.

she kicked off her shoes, the carpet was as soft as it could have been, but she refrained from taking her knee socks off. she wandered through to the living room so they have delivered my tv she thought, everything was there, her guitars, her play station 2, and her stereo, yes everything she wanted. she yawned loudly, wonder what you can do for fun around here she wondered. she had spotted a cafe but what else was there. she decided to go out, so she grabbed her shoes and coat and her satchel. she opened her door and left, sighing at how lonely her apartment seemed dont think the loneliness will change she thought and closed the door behind her.

Sukino was standing at the door of Darcys room. She was told that this was the correct room number to the newest tournament member.
'I wonder if she is home..' She thought.

Darcy returned to her apartment to find another girl stood outside, [ihmm, popular already[/i] she thought.
she went up to the girl and held out her hand..

"hey, Im Darcy"

"Sukino. Nice to meet you."
She took Darcy's extended hand and shook it.
"Your a member of the tournament, correct?"

"Yeah, just got here"
she took her keys out of her satchel.
"Anything good to do around here"

"There is a hotspring. It's awesome if you wanna relax."
She tapped her finger agenst her chin.
"And Tokyo is amazing if you want to go shopping or watch a movie or just hang out."
She told her.
"But I havnt been here long and I haven't had much time to observe the areas."

"Hmm, Hot spring sounds cool"
She thought of something to do but wondered whether to ask.
"since we are both new, want to go shopping sometime?" she asked.

"Sure, I love to shop."
Sukino smiled at the girl, thinking that they would become good friends.

"See you later then"
Darcy opened the door to her apartment, she watched the girl leave, [i]people seem to be really nice here" she thought. she kicked off her shoes and headed to the living room, she sat down on the sofa and switched the TV on, bah nothing good to watch. she instead grabbed her favourite manga book and immersed herself in the pages.

"See ya."
Sukino walked down from the room, back into her own.

Darcy sat and read the pages but her mind began to wander, would she still want to be friends with me if she knew what I was she put her book down and crossed to her stereo, she put on a CD just to fill the nauseating silence. Maybe i wont be so lonely here she thought smiling to her self. she
